Baker & Spice is an award-winning food shop and restaurant with multiple locations in the U.A.E., Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. We first opened in Dubai in 2008, and swiftly became an inspiration for sustainable, locally sourced cooking, all over the region.
Baker & Spice ethos has always been focused on artisan food. Guided by the seasons and ethical principles, our food philosophy is simple: local | organic | fresh | homemade. It's all we do and we do it exceptionally well, in that order. Everything we serve is made from scratch in our kitchens. Our central bakery offers both retail and wholesale services across the region.
During the growing season (October to May), all our vegetables come from local organic farms and you can meet the farmers and shop at The Farmers' Market on the Terrace, our outdoor 'pop-up' farmers market, every Friday and Saturday from 8am to 1pm at Bay Avenue Park in Business Bay.
