Seasonal fruits and vegetables dominate the Baker & Spice Dubai menu, which changes daily. New, original recipes are continuously created to offer our regular patrons a diverse dining experience.
Freshly baked croissants and pains au chocolat, warm breads, delightful jams and zesty marmalades comprise the breakfast menu, which has adapted its London offerings to feature Middle-Eastern flavours such as zaatar, sumac, date syrup and creamy labneh.
A diverse menu of invigorating salads, soups and appetizers using natural and nourishing ingredients are part of the lunch and dinner menu, which also serves delicious fish, poultry and meat dishes and a fantastic selection of indulgent desserts. Vegetarian diners have an excellent selection to opt from.
The B&S Dubai retail menu has takeaway options including homemade breads, cookies, cakes, sandwiches and salads made from ingredients purchased daily at the local markets.
We believe that children should eat well, and offer our young diners the same range of freshly squeezed juices and reduced portions of the adult menu.
Nothing revives the spirit like pause for tea
B&S Dubai launches its afternoon tea menu trying to fill a gap in Dubai's afternoon with a quiet pause. The terrace is cool, the sandwiches are delicious and the cakes melt in the mouth. Afternoon tea for two will be served daily between 3 pm and 6 pm starting Friday 23rd April 2010.
